If you want to place an order but don't wish to pay online there is three other options for you, First one is to proceed as instructed above by adding what you want to the shopping cart then when finished type in your name and address in the form and click on the payment option to pay by check or money order. Then submit that to us online and simply mail in your payment, please include the order number that is assigned to you. Once your form of payment is received and clears our bank your order will be booked.
Second way is to simply print off our mail in order form, fill it out and mail to us with full payment.
