     The Red Phoenix is a new turkey variety we have developed, they are black winged bronze based with a single gray and also a red gene.(b1b1CcgRr)  This variety will never breed 100% true due to their genetic makeup.

They can produce seven different varieties- Red Phoenix, Regal Red, Black Winged Bronze, Harvest Gold, Self Buff, Sweetgrass and Fall Fire.
