Porter's Rare Heritage Turkeys

         The Golden Phoenix is a new turkey variety we have developed, they are a black winged bronze based bird with the addition of narragansett and red modifying genes.(b1b1CcgngngRr)  This variety will never breed 100% true due to their genetic makeup.

They are the exact same pattern as our Red Phoenix, just the addition of the narri genes dilutes the red to a golden color.

They can produce many different varieties-Golden Phoenix, Black Winged Narragansetts, Royal Palms, Calicos, Red Palms and Self buffs.
